Oxford Builders helps ABC renovate the Pepsi House

(

The weekend of June 25th and 26th was Oxford Builders time to give out to our community.  A crew of our top carpenters went out to help in the renovation of the Eagles Lift Ministries Pepsi House.  Eagles Lift Ministries is a non-profit organization whose goal is to provide a home environment within a safe and secure facility for homeless, abused and/or pregnant young women.

The event was organized by the Associated Builders and Contractors.  The group in charge of planning the project's logistics included SpawGlass Construction, The Shaw Group, Fugro Consultants, Zachry Construction Corporation, and others.

The project consisted of renovating the existing structure by installing new material.  Oxford’s  carpenters were among the volunteers who helped in the demolition phase by tearing down walls and during the rebuild phase by framing, installing sheathing, window blocking, Hardie plank lap siding, and other items.

Pepsi House Community Project

James Hardie Commercial, the commercial division of James Hardie Building Products, donated the Hardie lap siding for the project.  The Pepsi house will feature the HardiePlank® lap siding with Hardie’s ColorPlus® Technology.

Oxford Builders is proud to contribute to such a noble cause and  admires the dedication of Mr. and Mrs. Steve and Lynn Parks, founders of Eagle Lift Ministries
